How it works
It rings
Through silent mode and Focus, again every minute, until you clear it.
You do your reps
Prop the phone up and step back. The camera counts each rep toward the number you set for that alarm.
It stops. You’re up.
The last rep ends the alarm. By then you are out of bed, breathing hard, and awake.
Keep the proof
Record the reps and share the clip with a sticker burned in. History keeps your on-time streak, and each cleared alarm wins something for the vault.
What it counts
- Squats
- Jumping jacks
- Push-ups
- Burpees
- Kettlebell swings
- Or teach it yours
Teaching takes a short video of you doing the movement. Clock learns the pattern from it and counts that from then on.
Two ways out, on purpose
An alarm should not be a trap.
You get one five-minute snooze per alarm. And there is Skip today, which stops the alarm and goes into History as skipped.
Your camera, your phone
The counting happens on your iPhone. Nothing the camera sees is uploaded.
No account, no analytics, no ads. Clips stay on the phone until you share one yourself. The privacy policy says exactly what leaves the device, which is only what a subscription needs.
